Horoshop is a SaaS platform for an online store creation. This is a template-based solution with a specified set of functions.

Horoshop provides a space for an online store placement, although the data is kept by them, and you will not be able to take away your store.

You can advance an online store with us or independently with your developers.

We adapt the color palette and fonts for your company. It is possible to develop an absolutely new design of online store with the new blocks specifically for your business processes, to add integrations or new functions. Even if they did not exist on the market before.

You can't refine the system.

The platform has a particular set of features, which practically can't be refined or personalized.

The design has to be selected from ready-made templates, as well as the other e-commerce features. You won't be able to add new functions, the only option is to wait for some updates.

It can be developed even to a marketplace.

If you use technical support, we provide a lifetime warranty. If you miss the payment, all the online store data will be stored with us for another six months, and then you can resume work. 

We provide detailed documentation that is easy to work with. In any case, the licenses owners get the updates to Mercurio CMS for free.

Can only be used with support.

Horoshop team technical support is required. You are not the system's owner, so you can't fix anything yourself.

You can't refuse from the technical support, and it is available for a monthly subscription fee. If you stop paying the subscription fee, all the data on your e-commerce platform will be lost. 

We guarantee the quick operation even at peak loads.

The online store will withstand all "Black Fridays", sales and any other day when the website has millions of visits.

 The online store on our CMS loads in 1.1 seconds. We can change the load distribution between different servers. 

Speed will not change if the website has many products and filters.

There are speed limits.

Different tariffs have limits on the items' quantity you can add. Your online store speed will depend on the pages quantity and the platform load.

If the maximum products' quantity is used, the speed decreases, and you can't impact it

You won't be able to select, replace the server, as this is the SaaS solution, i.e. the space rental for e-commerce/

We can customize the feeds for any industry. Promote your online store in Google without restrictions.

You are restricted by template

The feeds can't be adjusted, you have to use the template, available in the system.

Integrations with Bitrix24 and 1C are available immediately. We customize and adapt these systems to your business. 

Limited capabilities to connect services.

There are integrations with such e-commerce platforms as: Prom, Rozetka, Price.ua, Hotline. You can't add the additional integrations.

To get the integrations with Bitrix24 and 1C, you need a special tariff. The systems can't be customized, you can only use a template. Moreover, 1C requires the refinement by 1C.

The online store is immediately ready to work at any tariff

• You can stay on the Mercurio CMS team technical support or work independently. Even out-of-the-box solutions can be developed to the marketplace level in the future.

•  At startup, we always help with filling the website, customize the design for your brand, connect and configure integration (Bitrix24, 1C, notification services, delivery). 

• No restrictions on the products' quantity at any tariff.

•  All options are available at any tariff. 

•  All owners receive the updates for free at all tariffs.

Feature set depends on subscription fee

• Subscription fee is mandatory, as it is a SaaS solution when your e-commerce platform is owned by Horoshop.

• The set of features you get depends on the subscription fee.
  

• The opportunity to receive assistance is only available at an individual tariff. An additional charge is required to connect the module for an unlimited quantity of products.

•  There are restrictions on different tariffs for the products' quantity: up to 1,000, up to 20,000, up to 50,000. The more products you need to place, the more expensive the subscription fee. This also reduces the speed.
